Wax melts are very easy to use, you simply take your wax melt and place 1-3 cubes/hearts in your burner, then light your 4 hour tealight. When you have finished using them just remove the heat source and the wax will solidify until you are ready to use it again. Burn time for each product may differ slightly with factors such as heating temperature and the fragrance playing a large role in the time the fragrance will be available, for example our Snap bars 2-3 cubes will give approximately 8-12 hours for scent throw.
How do I remove wax from my burner when I am finished with it?
The easiest way we suggest you do this is by lighting a tealight and melting your wax then using cotton pads to soak up the wax and remove it, These can then go straight into the bin. Another way you can remove your wax is by lighting a tealight so your solid wax melts ever so slightly and it should just slide out of your burner, mostly solid. Then you can give it a slight wipe down with a cotton pad.
When will my order be dispatched?

What are The Wax Haven wax melts made of?
We use soy wax for all of our products. Soy wax is a non hazardous base for our melts which is much better to burn within your home than a paraffin based equivalent. Using soy wax allows us to create a longer lasting and stronger smelling scent throw meaning you can burn just one snap cube multiple times. Using soy wax means that our melts won’t release toxins into the air as they burn, meaning you can enjoy without a worry.

What packaging do you use?
We strive to use as much recyclable/ biodegradable materials as possible, whilst not compromising on presentation. When packing the items for postage we ensure they are carefully wrapped in our cellophane wax bags, black tissue paper and placed in a strong cardboard box, to make sure your order arrives safely to its new home.
Our Cellophane bags are acid and lignum free, our tissue paper is acid free and our boxes are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable.

Refunds/Returns-
- We are happy to accept returns for unused, undamaged items if you so wish within 14 days of you receiving your items.
- Please email us at [email protected] if you wish to return any unused, undamaged items to us and we will advise you of the returns address.
- We will issue a full refund of the item cost once received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued within 10 working days electronically using your original payment method.
- Postage & Packing charges for items shipped are non-refundable.
